1- When will my order be shipped?

Orders that you complete with your credit card before 15:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. Your orders that you complete with money order / EFT will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped within the first business day following your order.

2- Which cargo company do you work with?

According to your choice of cargo while completing your orders, it is sent by Yurtiçi Kargo / MNG Cargo / UPS cargo. After the orders are shipped, the tracking belongs to our customers. Orders not received will return to our store. For orders that are not received, cargo is not available for the second time. Refunds are processed. 3- Is Shipping Paid?

4- Do you have a payment at the door?

We do not have a payment application at the door. You can make your orders by Credit Card or money order.

5- Can we order over the phone?

No orders are taken over the phone. You must create your orders through the system. For security reasons, this is not the case.

6-Do I have to be a member in order to shop?

Membership is not mandatory for you to shop. We have the option to shop without membership. You can follow up the orders placed without membership, not through our website, but only through the e-mail address you provided during your shopping. You can get information from our customer support line when you have any questions about the subject. Purchases completed without membership cannot be transferred to the member account you opened after your shopping. Orders you place through your account after you become a member can be viewed in this account.

7- When is the refund done?

The price of the products you send for the return will be refunded within 14 working days in the same form of payment as you created your order. (Money Order / Credit Card)
